Wenbo Sun

Welcome to my homepage! My name is Wenbo Sun. I recently completed my Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Purdue University (advisor: Prof. Zubin Jacob), and will soon start a postdoctoral position in the same group. Previously, I earned my B.S. in Physics from Nanjing University.

My research is theoretical and computational, at the intersection of quantum optics, material physics, and nanophotonics. My Ph.D. research focuses on leveraging the microscopic response of materials for exploring new quantum, topological, and thermal photonic phenomena, and their applications in quantum sensing and information processing.
